Individual Pitching Lessons
Individual Pitching Lessons for in-season and off-season training. Lessons will include a Rapsodo, bullpen, and video analysis to make advanced coaching and mechanical recommendations. A data-driven approach will improve your unique profile on the mound.
1/2 Hour - $60
1 Hour - $75

Pitching Development Program
A data-driven approach will improve your unique profile on the mound.
The pitching development program will begin with an initial assessment, evaluation, and goal-setting session to get to know our athletes. From here, a completely individualized program will be written with your goals in mind. This program will contain a full warmup and a month-long throwing program. The next session will be an implementation session teaching the program’s specifics. Following this, athletes will have 8 sessions in-house on high-intensity days. These days, Rapsodo and video analysis will be used to make advanced coaching and mechanical recommendations.
The Pitching Development Program comprises 8 sessions for $300 across a 35-day period.
Pitching & Data Analytics Clinics
Understanding and utilizing available data can improve your arsenal on the mound.
Utilizing the numbers can teach us how to design better pitches, understand who we are as a pitcher, and ultimately get more people out. This clinic will cover spin rate, Bauer units, IVB, HVB, VAA, Tilt, and Release Height. Players will roll out and warm up with each other, each player will throw a 10-15 pitch pen on Rapsodo, with customized feedback for each player.
