BARWIS Built Personalized Training
Whether health and fitness aspirations or sports performance needs, this program offers a customized plan for your workouts in the gym! We designed this program for individuals who want guidance on how to structure workouts that will accomplish his/her specific goals. Programming is derived scientifically from the individual's current physiological attributes, lifestyle, strengths, weaknesses, environment, and more!
Our Small Group Training is for 2-4 people. We can design a customized program for all sports, levels, goals, or ages. Small group training pushes clients to stay accountable and accomplish their individual goals while working out together.
Through our online database of individual exercise videos, full routines, and personalized training options, every athlete (and those that want to train like one) now can use BARWIS Training to stay healthy, stay safe, stay strong, and stay ready!
Serving those with neurological disorders and spinal cord injuries using an implementation of the cutting-edge BARWIS Applied Scientific Techniques and the BARWIS Training Methods to increase a person’s neuromuscular activation and control. Our hands-on, experienced staff helps the brain to relocate, activate, and control muscle fibers with applied methods of reestablishing and creating pathways to increase neural stimulus and motor control.

Youth Performance Class
Developmentally appropriate training sessions that educate, train, and challenge young clients so they can prevent injury and build a strong athletic foundation. Young athletes will develop speed, agility, strength, balance, mobility, core stability, confidence, and more from participating in these classes! Intended for athletes ages 13 & under.

High School Class
Sport-specific programming that teaches overall athleticism, explosive speed and agility, dominating strength, essential mobility, and game-time grit! We transform high school athletes into their highest performing selves!

Stay Strong: Adult Athletic Experience
A highly effective full-body boot camp-style class that offers the intensity of an athletic environment and the vibe of a strong family! Your strength, energy, and endurance will reach potentials you may not have known existed. Our diverse training protocols are energizing, safe, uplifting, and efficient. Options available to create your own Stay Strong class onsite or offsite for your staff, group, family, and more!
