Our BARWIS High School Performance classes prepare athletes for the next level with phased, sport-specific training focusing on speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention. ATHLETE SPECIFIC
This is not a generic training class. Our trainings are designed for teenage athletes focusing on lifts, plyometrics, sprint/accel, decel/landing, mobility, core, and recovery.
TECHNIQUE & SAFE
Coaching ratio supports teaching proper patterns and modifying for growth spurts or past injuries (with clearance).
PROVEN RESULTS
We incorporate periodized cycles and simple benchmarks (strength, jump, sprint, change-of-direction). Volume and exercise selection complement on-field work so athletes don’t get crushed.
