There is no “cookie-cutter” or “one size fits all” performance training program at BARWIS.

All of our dimensions of training are adapted and phased regularly for a team’s needs, time of year (in-season/off-season), and the demands of the specific sport.

All BARWIS team training includes mobility and injury prevention, which is an integral component in ensuring a team’s optimal performance throughout an entire season.
