High School & College Training
Our Lift or Speed and Agility sessions are for athletes of all sports and skill levels. BARWIS training provides athletes with the proper techniques for lifting, speed mechanics, and agility training. We teach athletes how to improve mobility and introduce them to corrective exercises to help improve their range of motion and reduce the risk of injury. This class develops athleticism and prepares a foundation to help you take your game and athleticism to the next level.
There is no “cookie-cutter” or “one size fits all” performance training program at BARWIS. All of our dimensions of training are adapted and phased regularly for a team’s needs, time of year (in-season/off-season), and the demands of the specific sport. All BARWIS team training includes mobility and injury prevention, which is an integral component in ensuring a team’s optimal performance throughout an entire season.
Pre-season, in-season, and post-season training programs tailored to sport-specific goals, injury prevention and recovery, and/or uplifting team-building experiences.
