BARWIS ARS Screen

Minimize Risk of Injury.

Maximize Your Athletic Potential.

Athletes tend to build imbalances based on specific repetitive movements performed in the sport they play. These imbalances lead to strength and range of motion deficits as well as compensatory movement patterns that increase the risk of injury.

The BARWIS ARS Screen (Activation Resistance Synergy) is intended to assess every joint and muscle in the body, identifying and resolving imbalances and pattern issues that athletes or individuals may have.

We utilize these results to develop customized corrective exercises aimed at aiding the athlete to regain balance, address any imbalances, and perform optimally.

For both the general population and elite athletes, these findings and the corrective exercise program are critical and invaluable in building a more robust body, optimizing performance, and achieving personal greatness.

Balanced neurological function in the joint is imperative to minimize injury and significantly improve physiological performance.

When you register for a BARWIS ARS Screen, you are paired with a certified BARWIS clinician who will set up an individualized one-on-one session with you. During this session, the clinician will use a handheld force device to identify the strengths and weaknesses of every joint movement in your body.

The numerical values obtained from this assessment are then entered into our AMS system, which utilizes a specific algorithm to compute each individual's deficiencies. From this data, we create a customized corrective exercise program to help enhance and eliminate your weaknesses, optimizing you as a human being.
